At present, the TESD05BB series of small size and high performance ESD products launched by SPSEMI have been widely used in clients.


The product adopts DFN0603 package and has the characteristics of small size, low leakage, high static voltage and low clamp. It is widely used in industries and products requiring miniaturization such as electronic cigarettes, smart wearers, TWS headphones and wireless modules.



Compared with common ESD products of the same type, TESD05BB has a lower Vc, a larger Ipp, and a more prominent electrostatic surge protection ability:
